Scholastic Moves to Duncan Student Center

Offices"

The offices of Scholastic, after residing in the basement of South Dining Hall for the past 20 years, will be moving to the second floor of Duncan Student Center next semester.

Throughout its history, the 150-year-old Scholastic has has been located in buildings ranging from Farley Hall to SDH’s immediate predecessor, LaFortune Student Center.

Now, the publication and its staff turn a new page, and join all of student media — print, television and radio — in one place for the first time in the university’s history.

Beginning in January, please feel free to stop by the second floor of Duncan, where all of these organizations will soon be based.

In the interim, due to this impending move as well as the fall semester’s break schedule, there will be no Scholastic December issue. Instead, we will resume publishing in the spring semester with the annual football review.

Here’s to 20 years in South Dining Hall, and the final production weekend to take place here. We’ll see you in Duncan Student Center in January.
