6 - The number of goals the women’s soccer team has given up through eight games this season. The Fighting Irish goalkeepers, Brooke Littman and Mattie Interian, have combined for 16 saves, propelling Notre Dame to five shutout victories. Additionally, only one goal has been scored against Notre Dame in the second half of a game.

66 - The number of points that Notre Dame football scored against New Mexico in their 2019 home opener. This marked the first time since 2015 that the Fighting Irish put up more than 60 points against the opponent, and it’s the most points scored since playing Georgia Tech in 1977.

5 - The number of runners that both the men’s and women’s cross country teams placed in the top 10 at the Crusader Classic Invitational hosted by Valpraiso University. Furthermore, both teams captured first and second place in the race, Zach Kreft and Matthew Carmody respectively for the men and Maddy Denner and Jocelyn Long for the women.

20 - The number of kills sophomore Sydney Bent had against in-state rival Purdue during a match on Sept. 6. The Fighting Irish rallied in the fourth set, then won the fifth set 15-12, to upset the No. 18 Boilermakers.
