100 — The percentage of Notre Dame football players who have registered to vote. One way to make change is through voting, and the Irish football players are leading by example at the moment.

10,600 — The number of protests nationwide between May 24 and Aug. 22. Of these 10,600 protests, around 95% were peaceful. More specifically, of the protests connected to Black Lives Matter, over 93% were peaceful.

800+ — The number of people who have died due to police brutality in 2020. It is these deaths that have led to protests across the country over the past four months.

40 — The percentage of registered voters who did not vote in the 2016 election. Registering to vote is just the first step. You can vote on Nov. 3 or send in a ballot.
