Scholastic is Notre Dame's monthly student news magazine — and also, notably, the United States’ oldest continuously-published collegiate publication. This year marks Scholastic's 155th anniversary; it was founded in 1867 and previously operated as Notre Dame’s weekly student newspaper.
Scholastic is a multiple winner of the “News Magazine of the Year” award from the Indiana Collegiate Press Association (ICPA) and the Pacemaker, a national journalism award given by the Associated Collegiate Press.
The offices of Scholastic are located on the second floor of the Duncan Student Center at Notre Dame, and the mailing address is 315 LaFortune Student Center, Notre Dame, IN 46556.
